With a strong background in the alcohol industry in England and inspiration from the rise of craft distilling, they saw a unique opportunity to create something truly special. Thus Mallorca Distillery was born, a testament to the island’s natural richness and dedication to quality and sustainability.

Since its inception, Mallorca Distillery has worked tirelessly to reduce its environmental impact and give something back to the island. They collaborate with local organic farmers to source the highest quality botanicals, and have implemented sustainable practices at every stage of production.

They source botanicals carefully cultivated by local farmers like Toni and Susana, who have been working in the Sierra de Tramuntana for over 40 years. They grow six of their botanicals, including juniper, oranges, orange leaves, lemons, limes and lavender. The Gamundí family also contributes almond blossoms from their Son Penyaflor finca. And a farmer near Ses Salines grows certified organic tomatoes, one of the key elements that brings an earthy, unique flavor to the drinks. The meticulous selection and cultivation of these ingredients ensures that each bottle captures the authentic essence of the island.
Se abastecen de botánicos cultivados con esmero por agricultores locales como Toni y Susana, quienes llevan más de 40 años trabajando en la Sierra de Tramuntana. Ellos cultivan seis de sus botánicos, como el enebro, las naranjas, las hojas de naranjo, los limones, las limas y la lavanda. La familia Gamundí también contribuye con las flores de almendro de su finca Son Penyaflor. Y un agricultor a las afueras de Ses Salines cultiva tomates ecológicos certificados, uno de los elementos clave que aporta un sabor terroso y único. La meticulosa selección y cultivo de estos ingredientes garantizan que cada botella capture la esencia auténtica de la isla.
Mallorca Distillery stands out not only for the quality of its ingredients, but also for its artisanal approach. They use a custom-made 500-liter Spanish copper pot to produce all of their award-winning organic spirits. Each distillation is carried out with much love, ensuring that each drop reflects the passion and dedication that goes into its production.

Palma Gin
Mallorcan juniper local citrus fruits, almond blossom and lavender.
Enebro mallorquí, cítricos locales, flor de almendro y lavanda.
Palam Citrus Gin
Fresh and refreshing: lemons, oranges, limes and tangerines.

Vodka Palm
Made with organic wheat and pure water from Mallorca, adding a touch of Flor de Sal.

Palma spiced gin
Aged in organic and biodynamic wine barrels. Vanilla, cinnamon and cloves are added.
Envejece en barriles de vino ecológico y biodinámico. Se añade vainilla, canela y clavo.
Rosé Gin
Macerated for 24h and made with hibiscus, lime and no added sugars.

Grape Gin
The base recipe for citrus gin is macerated with Monastrell grapes for 2 months.

Mallorca Distillery’s commitment to sustainability extends to the design and packaging of their products. They use fully reusable glass and sustainable packaging. Labels are printed using 100% eco-friendly ink, and all production, from distillation to bottling and shipping, is done locally to minimize the environmental footprint. In addition, they have installed solar panels at their distillery, taking advantage of the 300 days of sunshine that Mallorca enjoys each year. This solar energy will not only cover all their energy needs, but will also allow them to return clean energy to the island.

The design of the bottles is inspired by the traditional Mallorcan tiles known as “ hydraulic floor “, handmade by a local family business that has been operating on the island for more than 80 years. The distillery’s logo is inspired by the impressive rose window of La Catedral de La Seu in Palma, a symbol of hope and beauty.
